Smt. Nagaratnam garu stared her saga of successful journey with humble steps as a social teacher in 1981 and since 1986 had been Head Mistress in AMG India International Institutes in Rajahmundry. She founded the prestigious Aksharasri Vidyniketan – Now, Aksharasri Smart School in the year 2002 which has ever since been pivotal in shaping the destiny of many a young life to the best of their potential.

Many honours and recognitions were bestowed on her in her honour. She has received numerous honours and medals. Pallam Raju, Hon'ble Minister of State for Defence, also presented her with the best school award.
